Support Team
As a Group Facilitator on the Support Team, you’ll lead engaging monthly discussions for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, families, and allies. With support from the Support Manager, sessions start online via Zoom and may later expand to in-person gatherings at a partnered Peel agency!
On-Call Volunteers
All Teams
As an On-Call Volunteer, you will be boosting the presence of pflag Peel Region through community outreach and tabling events! While distributing handouts, flyers, and merchandise, you will also be a key informant of chapter and organization services available to intersectional (2SLGBTQIA+) community members. Additionally, you will have the incredible opportunity to network and connect with diverse, regional service providers.
Community Resource Librarian (Volunteer)
Resources Team
As a Community Resource Librarian, you’ll be a vital part of the Resource Team, curating and updating materials for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community—including families, youth, and allies. You’ll help connect Peel’s diverse community to essential literature, media, and support services while collaborating across teams on impactful projects. Plus, you’ll have the chance to explore and grow your skills in other areas of the Chapter!
Operations Manager (Volunteer)
Leadership Team
As a member of pflag Peel Region’s leadership team, the Operations Manager will support the Chapter Director in governance, administration, and event representation for pflag Peel Region. This role will also lead internal communications, volunteer coordination, and operational systems to ensure smooth, inclusive chapter functioning.

Content Creator (Volunteer)
MarComm Team
As a Content Creator on our MarComm Team, you’ll elevate pflag Peel Region’s visibility through engaging social media, print materials, and digital marketing strategies. You’ll also collaborate across teams to ensure accessible, brand-aligned content that supports community engagement and 2SLGBTQIA+ visibility.
