Unless noted otherwise, the Site’s text, graphics, and logos are owned by pflag Peel or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100 CAD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to them.
