What is Rainbow Basics?
Hosted by pflag Peel Region, Rainbow Basics workshops provide an essential foundation for 2SLGBTQIA+ awareness, helping teams and organizations build understanding, respect, allyship, and belonging.
In these one-hour workshops, your group will explore:
✅ Essential terminology: understand the words that matter;
✅ The coming-out experience: why it’s different for everyone;
✅ How to be a great ally: practical steps to show up and support.
Virtual or in-person, Rainbow Basics helps answer questions, break down barriers, and create space for learning in an interactive, judgment-free environment.
